We designed and developed a high-performance, multilingual platform from the ground up to facilitate complex project submissions across four educational tiers. Managing an international competition with multiple age demographics requires balancing high-level functionality with extreme clarity. Key hurdles included:

The Solution

We delivered a “Branding from Zero” concept, creating a fresh, modern identity that resonates with both Gen Alpha and Millennial participants. The technical architecture features a fully responsive, bilingual (Croatian/English) platform with a focus on speed and UX to eliminate application friction. We implemented an end-to-end automation system for real-time information delivery and winner announcements. Additionally, we executed a two-phase Meta Ads campaign, utilizing granular data analytics to pivot between local and EU markets, ensuring maximum visibility despite a lean budget.
